A theoretical-practical workshop on power dynamics in the cultural sphere and how we, as an artistic community, can confront inequality and violence exercised by institutional structures from situated and embodied spaces. The theoretical part will explore concepts like resistance, radical tenderness, affirmative potential, and nomadic subjectivity. The workshop will conclude with a series of performative actions, both individual and collective, aimed at placing the body in public space and building networks based on alternative possibilities.

A collaborative cooking workshop where the act of cooking becomes an intimate space for sharing personal stories with collective political dimensions. The goal is to reclaim memory and create joint acts of resistance. Participants will cook a selection of recipes from the "Recipe Book for Memory," an anthology of recipes where mothers of missing persons evoke the memory of their absent loved ones. Alongside cooking, participants will create a platform to share the violence they experience and their strategies for resistance. The workshop will culminate in a communal meal for all participants.

Through an intersectional approach, participants will draw on their previous knowledge related to the local scene. Topics will include decision-making mechanisms, action, contextual awareness, collaboration, professionalization, and community building, with the aim of understanding tools for situated arts and culture management. The workshop will also help participants recognize their collective management capabilities, interests, and modes of collaboration for networking.
